Ac­cord­ing to the press re­lease, the European Com­mis­sion has found the Pol­ish scheme to sup­port com­bined heat and power ("CHP") in high-ef­fi­ciency co­gen­er­a­tion and re­duced sur­charges con­cern­ing fin­an­cing of the scheme for en­ergy-in­tens­ive users in line with.
